Elaine Patricia Kitts, 61, of Leesburg, died July 6. Friends may call July 9, 6-9 p.m., at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel in Leesburg. Funeral services will be July 10 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Margaret M. Manthey, 71, formerly of Lansdowne, died July 6. The funeral service will be July 12 at 11 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Church in Sterling. A reception will follow at Sterling Park Baptist Church. Burial will be at Aug. 21 at 9 a.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.
