Prank or crime, a trailer, a Walk to School, an anniversary, Chili Night, Farmers Market, bookish events

Prank or crime: Several Cascades residents have expressed alarm and concern about recent doorbell ringing episodes between 10:30 and 11 p.m., at least one of which involved a white four-seat golf cart that sped away. While this is most likely a prank on the part of some thoughtless teens, these incidents are extremely upsetting for some folks especially those home alone. Parents, this might be a good time to have a talk with the younger crowd about the unpleasant emotions that a late-night doorbell chime can trigger. Anyone experiencing this type of activity should report the incident to the Sheriff’s office at 703-777-1021.
