PNC Bank

PNC Bank has named Brian Demer as manager of its new Dulles 28 Green Branch location at 22045 Dulles Plaza Retail.

Behdis Mesgara has been named assistant manager.

The Dulles 28 branch is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with ample teller stations inside the branch. Drive-through teller service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A dedicated drive-through ATM lane is open 24 hours.


Middleburg Bank

Eileen Kennedy has joined the Middleburg Bank as senior vice president, commercial banking and community executive.

Kennedy will be responsible for all of Middleburg Financial Corp.'s activities in the Leesburg market. This includes retail and commercial banking, investments, trust and mortgage for the company’s three offices in Leesburg, which on Catoctin Circle, Fort Evans Road and King Street.


Foreclosure prevention

Guy Johnson has joined the Loudoun Cooperative Extension and Loudoun Volunteer Financial Council as a certified foreclosure prevention counselor.

The certification was issued through the Virginia Foreclosure Prevention Task Force and the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
