ProLogis Park Gateway

Randall-Paulson Architects, the firm that is designing ProLogis Park Gateway just off Route 606, is planning on the third phase, with 170,000 square feet of distribution space, to break ground soon.

James L. Musgraves, principal at Randall-Paulson Architects, said ProLogis Park Gateway Buildings 6 and 7 with 88,731 square feet and 82,466 square feet respectively, are planned to open before the end of the year.

Both buildings were designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s rigorous Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, ranking them among the most energy-efficient industrial facilities in the United States.

Musgraves said the project location -- in the flight path for Washington Dulles International Airport -- added special requirements to the design.
