The following is a list of ongoing classes in Loudoun County.Performing Arts
"Rapiers and Daggers." Series of three Saturday-afternoon seminars on sword-fighting techniques by Aurora Studio Theatre. July 12, July 19 and July 26, noon-3 p.m. Carver Center auditorium in Purcellville. For rising ninth-graders and older. Class size limited; early registration recommended. Visual Arts
Johnson workshop: Award-winning artist Robert A. Johnson's outdoor workshop revisits 200 years of Southern history and culture. July 14-18 during the Four Seasons of Oatlands art show and sale. Oatlands plantation south of Leesburg on U.S. 15. Emphasizes use of brushstroke to depict form and depth, capture color and maintain a painting's freshness and life.
