Well you all wanted more so here we go! And it ain't pretty for Loudoun but keep reading... LAST year from 01/01/2007-03/03/2007  829 residential units SOLD in all of Loudoun. So far this year 459 SOLD - THAT'S NEARLY HALF! HOWEVER As of TODAY in our MRIS MLS, there are 589 residential properties that are UNDER CONTRACT. 3,000 units are AVAILABLE in all of Loudoun.

Lets break down last year vs. this year in a few towns within the county. The first number is LAST YEAR and the second is THIS YEAR and the 3rd number is CONTRACTS. Purcellville-28/23/16; Leesburg 232/76/137; Sterling 206/133/177, Round Hill 17/11/8. Obviously Leesburg is suffering a lot but Leesburg & Sterling are picking up in the contract department!  

In summary prices determine if and how fast your home or property will sell. Buyers want that deal to brag about. But they want a good home that shows well.
